After attaining her master\u2019s degree, she pursued a post-graduate certificate course in Counselling at Maharashtra Institute of Mental Health, which involved working at government hospital in the psychiatry department. She is currently enrolled at Adler University, Vancouver in the Doctor of Psychology (Clinical Psychology) program where she is in her final year. Ms. Irani is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#18351) with the B.C. Association of Clinical Counsellors. She has been working with CJA since 2021, where she provides psychological assessment, diagnoses, and treatment. <\/p>\n<p>Clinically, Ms. Irani works with adults and children individually. She uses the evidence-based therapy practices such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, when working with clients in treatment.
