Sarah’s work is supervised by Dr. Laura Klubben, Dr. Iris Sharir, and Dr. Chuck Jung, Registered Psychologists. This is an opportunity to receive quality therapy but at a significantly reduced cost.

Sarah works with adults and adolescents using evidence-based approaches, such as: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Accelerated experiential-dynamic psychotherapy (AEDP). Sarah also draws heavily from mindfulness and somatic approaches to explore subjective experiences in the moment. Above all, Sarah believes in the human orientation towards growth and the unique capacity for change in all of us. She considers the neurobiology of traumatic stress, attachment theory, and emotional-somatic experiencing as central to the process of therapy.

Sarah works with individuals dealing with depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, self-esteem concerns, relationship concerns, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), brain injury recovery, and adjustment difficulties.
