Dr. Dave Jackson

Dr. Jackson obtained his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The University of Leeds in England. He is a Registered Psychologist (R.Psych. #2596) with The College of Psychologists of BC. Dr. Jackson is also a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol #434304) with The British Psychological Society.

Dr. Jackson has been working with Chuck Jung and Associates since 2018. He provides psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

Clinically, Dr. Jackson works individually with adults and adolescents. He uses the following evidence-based approaches when working with clients in treatment: cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing (MI) and solution focused approaches.

Dr. Jackson has expertise in working with individuals dealing with the following psychological concerns: Depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma disorders including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), brain injury recovery, ADHD, somatic disorders, anger management, family of origin issues, self-esteem concerns, adjustment difficulties and chronic pain.
